Download the ZIP file and extract the contents into a folder. Once extracted, open the contents inside the folder and open the Rush.exe.

The game is pretty fun, I especially like the art style. One thing of note, it is pretty hard to see the top enemies shooting, and it took me a couple attempts to notice it. All in all, it is a pretty fun game!
